Why Do People Fail?
Do you ever stop and wonder why people fail or why you always seem to fail?
When we are in this situation and things seem to go wrong, it’s easy to blame others or external events without looking at ourselves.
This blog will cover the reasons people fail, why we need to take a deeper look into ourselves and how success isn’t that far away.
Attitude
The truth is, you will become what you think about all the time. Pair that with a less than optimal attitude and there’s a great recipe for failure.
If we take ourselves for granted and doubt ourselves time and time again, failure will come knocking.
Wherever you find a successful person, you will also find the right and positive attitude to life with success there for the taking. Your attitude to the world, your situation and others around you have the power to make or break you.
To paraphrase Henry Ford, someone who says that “they can” and someone who says “they cannot” are both right.
Vision
Have you ever heard the phrase “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail”?
Lack of planning in life can leave you feeling like a leaf on the breeze, you don’t know what you're doing or where you’re going and this can make it feel like you experience failure after failure but, if you haven’t planned, how can you truly fail?
To get good at this, you need a vision; who you are, what you are, what you want and where you are going. Create your vision and then implement small actionable steps to get there.
Ambition
The Bible states, “Ask and you will be given, seek and you will find” but to find success in anything you do, you need ambition.
You have to want a better you and need to build a better life for yourself; only then can you get to work on your attitude and vision and take steps to build a solid plan.
Ambition is a minute-by-minute, day-by-day mentality which will drive you forward and it all starts with one little change every day.
If you feel you have the right attitude and ambition to succeed but you just don’t know how to take the steps to get there, I can help.
I once thought I was a failure but deep down, I just knew that I had more to give. This is how it gets for everyone sometimes.
Winston Churchill once said
“failure is not fatal, success is not final, it’s the courage we show to get back up”.
Success for me is being in a position to help others truly realise their purpose and what they are meant for in this life.
